LGBTQIA+ DBT Skills Group

Weekly group for LGBTQIA+ adults

Thursdays 12-1pm Pacific Time via telehealth

Sign-ups are open for new group members to join us on June 4th* for the Emotion Regulation module. Please read the following information, and sign up by May 28th* in order to have time to complete the intake process before the start of this coming module.

This ongoing group is for LGBTQIA+ adults in California to learn and practice skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy's four main skills sections: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. The group cycles through the skills sections, which each last about 12 weeks. This is a semi-closed group, meaning the same group of people meets each week, and new people may join the group at the start of a new module when space allows. Those new to DBT, as well as those with previous DBT experience, are welcome.

Transgender/Nonbinary DBT Skills Group

Weekly ongoing group for trans and/or nonbinary adults

Fridays 12-1pm Pacific Time via telehealth

This ongoing group is for transgender and/or nonbinary adults in California to learn and practice skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy's four main skills sections: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. The group cycles through the skills sections, which each last about 12 weeks.
