Transgender/Nonbinary DBT Skills Group
Weekly ongoing group for trans and/or nonbinary adults
Fridays 12-1pm Pacific Time via telehealth
This ongoing group is for transgender and/or nonbinary adults in California to learn and practice skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy's four main skills sections: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. The group cycles through the skills sections, and new group members can join at the start of any section.
