Hi! I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Frankie Phipps (he/they). I’m a queer, neurodivergent mental health counselor, primarily working with teens and adults in individual and group psychotherapy in California.

My Approach

Collaborative

Therapy, to me, is a collaborative space where clients are empowered to explore, find their own path, and work towards their goals.

Affirming

Many of my clients are queer (LGBTQIA+), neurodivergent, or both! There are many great things about you that we can recognize, explore, and celebrate together. Therapy with me often includes building self-awareness, practicing validation, and challenging oneself to make desired changes at a realistic pace.

  • Therapy for Adults

I provide individual and group therapy to adults.

  • Group Therapy

I offer online therapy groups, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups and queer-specific groups.

  • Therapy for Teens

I provide individual therapy to teens, and I sometimes offer teen groups.
